What is Kumbha Vivah..??

When widow yoga occurs according to Graha in the Kundali of the girl child, then the Kumbh marriage ceremony is performed for its redress.
This yoga is born in the Kundali of the concerned girl. If such a girl marries a groom without marrying with earthen pot (kumbha), then she might suffer (deceased) her groom.
In this ritual, the first bride is married with an idol of Lord Vishnu set in an earthen pot.
This marriage is done in the usual way. It also contained the bride’s Kanyadan. After the entire marriage ceremony, the idol of Vishnu is immersed in the reservoir. Thus the Kumbh (vivah) marriage ceremony is completed. After this the concerned bride can get married with the groom by her wish.

  • Authentic Guruji will provide the material and materials for the Puja, only your presence is required at the given time.
  • It is advisible to wear clothes according to the instructions of Guruji in Kumbh Vivah Puja. It is forbidden to wear black clothes.

  • Lord Ganesha is worshiped with flowers, kumkum and akshada
  • Before the Kumbh marriage, the idol of Lord Vishnu is placed on a clay pot of Kumbh and worshiped
  • Similarly, by lighting a lamp after worshipping the god (agni-devata).
  • After the Kumbha-vivah is over, the idol of Lord Vishnu is immersed in the reservoir/ river.
  • After the completion of the puja, the puja ends with taking blessings from Guruji.
